Just a little bit about me.

I have trained in-house at a hospice.  My tutor, who was my Manager at the time, also worked and trained at the Royal Marsden and the skills she gave me whilst working at the hospice have been invaluable.  I worked at the hospice for 5+ years giving treatments to all visitors to the hospice from clients and their dependents then to staff.  From Reflexology to Massage.  

I went on from the hospice to create a course for fellow Therapists to help those Therapists who were a little nervous of treating anyone who had life limiting conditions.  This course was accredited by ABT (Association of Beauty Therapists).

I was also lucky enough to go on to train with Sally Kay, a renouned international speaker and trainer of RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage).  This treatment has enhanced my skills to help all those suffering from many conditions.   

I then went on to train with Ziggy Bergman in Facial Reflexology, again, this can help with lymphatic drainage.  A Course Trainer in Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift (ZFL).  I have been trained by Ziggy on both, together with Facial cupping, Gua sha, Thai herbal compresses, Hot Towel facials and many more courses.  All these courses help with the natural uplift of the face, with no botox, injections or laser treatments.  Just using my fingers to massage the correct points in the face to take away the stress, relax the facial muscles in a really good way and rejuvenate the skin.

I have also worked at The Lavender Farm - giving massages in the Lavender fields to clients.  This was an amazing experience, although extremely busy every day, the Lavender Farm was open for massages for approximately 2 weeks every year until Covid hit!  This 2 week period was just on another level, the fields were beautiful, the atmosphere relaxing, the team were brilliant and clients came back year after year.  It was an experience I will never forget.
